SAN LUIS OBISPO -- A fast-growing high tech company, started by three Cal Poly students, unveiled a new identity on Monday.
Hathway Tech has launched a new website.
It has also dropped the word "tech" from its name.
The company was dreamed up in a house near Cal Poly on Hathway Avenue.
It's a digital media agency that specializes in web development and Internet marketing strategies.
Last year, the founders hired their first employee.
Today, they have ten staff members and a lot list of clients from around the globe.
"Making our clients happy -- that's probably our number one thing because all of our business has grown from referrals, by making our clients happy," said Kevin Rice, a co-founder of Hathway. "That's how we've been able to grow, even within a hard economy."
The majority of the company's employees are Cal Poly grads.
Hathway plans on moving into a bigger office, next month.
