    Monterey, Calif. - A new generation of Americans, about 2.4 million, who fought in Iraq and Afghanistan are now coming home, thousands to the central coast. Estimates are showing 20 to 30 percent of those are being diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD. This is the first in a three part Center For Investigative action series on what these young soldiers are facing as they come home and how it will impact the central coast.

    SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The Santa Maria Ford Dealership is under fire after customers say they lure in with flyers promising they had won a prize but when they got to the dealership, they never got it.
    Customer after customer said they were told they were winners for successfully matching three symbols on this flyer but the dealership says those prizes never came.

    Police arrested 36-year old Carlos Israel Xitumul-Pineda for felony charges of intercourse or sodomy with a child, sodomy against a victim's will by force, and committing a lewd act upon a child. Xitumul-Pineda was babysitting the two 5-year old victims, said police.
