The s'Cool Food Initiative is a ten year commitment to change the school lunch tray. It's an Orfalea Foundations Initiative designed to educate schools, get them back to scratch cooking and serve a healthy school lunch. Some of our Central Coast Schools are now on the cutting edge when it comes to cooking good food for students. Jennifer Mandulay is a mom on a journey to find out what her kids were really eating for school lunch.
