The parents should all encourage their children to speak if they are ever violated in any way. Not only at home but possibly some kind of informative speech at school too. Since the police are so far away the parents should associate themselves with their neighbors so they have people to call in the even that something does happen.

Ridiculous -- I trust in what I can see -- talk to -- and be heard by...and then have my words possibly acted on. Not some old mythical (usually depicted as Caucasian) all-knowing being that doesn't respond when I ask for change. Who is God? How does he help streets get paved and finances allocated appropriately? It seems to me that groups of people that create ordinances and laws and policies that affect all around them shouldn't justify their actions based on concepts in religious texts. Why not change the motto to "TRUST IN GOD : OR ELSE!" ? Matt
