PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASSES: Our childbirth classes of four sessions are designed to provide current information, practical tools, and techniques needed to promote a healthy birth experience. Please plan to register four months before your due-date.

Partners and coaches are encouraged to attend.

This class begins on August 30 and rust through September 20, on consecutive Tuesdays.

Class is held at the French Hospital Medical Center auditorium from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

$10 one-time supply fee.

Please bring a pillow and a blanket/yoga mat each night.
