SAN LUIS OBISPO - A San Luis Obispo County Superior Court Judge has ruled there is a sufficient amount of evidence in the Arroyo Grande Cross Burning case and the case will be going to trial.

All four suspects, Jason Kahn, Sara Matheny, Jeremiah Hernandez and William Soto, have entered not guilty pleas.

Arroyo Grande Police arrested all four suspects for allegedly being responsible for a cross that was burned outside of the home of a mixed-race family back in March.

All four are facing arson and hate crime charges.
