SAN LUIS OBISPO - Eureka Burger, a gourmet burger restaurant with locations already in Fresno and the Redlands, is scheduled to open its doors in San Luis Obispo, bringing with it a number of jobs.
The newest store for the chain is scheduled to open in November, on the corner of Marsh and Chorro Street.
The location chosen once was the location of the 'Corner View' Restaurant in downtown San Luis Obispo.
The restaurant is planning to hire more than 50 employees, and has already planned hiring events.
