Veterans Day Adoption Deals for SB County Animal Services

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY - This weekend, Santa Barbara County Animal Services has a special deal on adoptable pets.

In honor of Veterans day, the animal shelter is lowering the price of adoptions this Saturday.

The shelter currently has an abundance of cats, dogs and rabbits.

Adoption prices will be $50 for dogs, $35 for cats and $15 for rabbits.

"We want to encourage the public to come out to help us make a shelter pet a shelter veteran. And get them into a new home prior to the holidays, prior to all the excitement that's taking place this month and into the new year." Stacy Silva with Santa Barbara County Animal Services told Your Central Coast News.

The special discounted prices are available this Saturday only.
