One Way Boardshop Owner Dan PankratzSANTA MARIA - The One Way Board Shop is expanding its space at the Santa Maria Town Center Mall.
The store had to shut down it's Crossroads Shopping Center location and consolidate at its site at the mall.
The home grown business says it's found a great working relationship with the Town Center Mall, that allows it to thrive and serve customers on the Central Coast.
The hope is that the mall becomes a destination place for families and not just a place for retail shopping.
"Our community needed something like this, they need a place to go to have a good time, Santa Maria Valley has need this for a long time and the owner of the mall is pushing really hard to make thing happen he's supported local business he supported local people." One Way Boardshop Owner Dan Pankratz told Your Central Coast News.
The shop is also preparing to build a temporary skate park at the mall, which will be open through the holidays.
