PASO ROBLES - New information is coming to light related to the allegations of misconduct against Paso Robles Police Chief Lisa Solomon.
Officer Jon Tatro filed a claim against the city back in December.
He claimed the city and police department retaliated against him for speaking out about illegal traffic ticket quotas.
His attorney says a lawsuit is being filed in San Luis Obispo Superior Court over the matter.
Attorney Jeffrey Lipow says he's also representing a former Paso Robles Police sergeant who is planning to file a sexual harassment lawsuit against Chief Solomon.
Last week, in an article on CalCoastNews.com, several officers accused Solomon of inappropriate conduct including sexual harassment and threats of retaliation.
