Neighbors Credited With Knocking Down Shed Fire

LOS OSOS - Investigators are looking into the cause of a fire in Los Osos.

It started just before 5:00 PM on Friday in a backyard shed at a home on 8th Street, near El Morro Avenue.

Firefighters credit some quick action by neighbors for preventing the fire from spreading.

They moved the homeowner's car away from the flames and began dousing the fire with garden hoses until crews arrived.
