Woman Accused Of Having Sex With Teen

GOLETA - The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department is investigating a 41-year-old Goleta woman for allegedly having sex with a teen boy in 2008.

Detectives arrested Lisa Rowell on Tuesday morning.

They say on Monday, a man went to Sheriff's Headquarters to report that his now-adult son recently told him about a sexual relationship he had with Rowell when he was 17-years-old.

Detectives are asking anyone who may have information about Rowell to contact them.
