Local Student Shows Robot At White House Science Fair

ATASCADERO - A Central Coast high school student showed off his science project at the White House.

Sean Murphy from Atascadero was chosen to demonstrate how his robot, Titan, worked at the White House Science Fair.

It's the Atascadero High School Greybots' award winning robot.

In April, the Atascadero robotics team took first place at the FIRST Robotics Challenge World Championships in Saint Louis.

Titan performed the best when it came to hanging objects on a pole.
