Man Rescued from Creek in San Luis Obispo

SAN LUIS OBISPO - Just after 10 p.m. Wednesday night fire crews from Station 2 in San Luis Obispo rescued a man who fell into the creek.

San Luis Obispo fire officials tell us the man, who was intoxicated, fell about 20 feet down an embankment.

The fire department used their aerial rescue gear to get the man out of the creek.

He was taken to Sierra Vista Hospital, where he is recovering from mild injuries.
