SANTA BARBARA - Police in Santa Barbara are asking for the public's help to identify a thief.

Police believe the woman in the green shirt stole an elderly woman's wallet while the victim was shopping at a local supermarket.

The suspect then used the victim's credit cards to purchase merchandise at the Apple Store and Saks Fifth Avenue.
