Atascadero Community Services Director Brady Cherry says, "Andrew Pratt was not a city employee or volunteer for the city Atascadero, he worked for one of the city's contract service providers First Transit as well as being an independent contractor in our adult softball league."

Pratt worked as an independent contractor for the city from August 2009 until November 2010.

Detectives say they found videos on Pratt's computer involving girls as young as six years old. The investigation started back in October of 2010.

Following his arrest on Tuesday Pratt pleaded not guilty to all of the charges in a federal court in Los Angeles.

The FBI says Pratt is now out of jail on 70-thousand dollar bond.
