MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. - Jacob Miller, the son of Monterey County Sheriff Scott Miller, is back in jail after failing a drug test Thursday, according to the Monterey County Sheriff's Department.
According to deputies, Miller failed a drug test, a violation of his probation, while signing up for home confinement.
A judge allowed Miller to serve a 90-day jail sentence at a drug rehab facility after he pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine in February.
Miller was booked into the Monterey County Jail, and then transferred to another jail for his safety.
Miller is expected to be back in court Tuesday March 27th.
