Man Who Killed His Brother and Brother's Girlfriend Is Sentenced

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.- A man who killed his brother and brother's girlfriend back in 2009 was sentenced in a Santa Barbara courtroom Tuesday.

Corey Lyons received two life sentences without the possibility of parole. He will be sent to Wasco State Prison. The judge also denied Lyons' motion for a new trial. It would have been his fourth. Lyons has already been through three because the first two ended in mistrials trials.
