ORCUTT, Calif.- Lake View Junior High School in Orcutt is dealing with an overnight burglary that took place just after midnight Thursday and now a school security guard is to blame.
21 year old Cameron Taylor is the overnight security guard at the school. He has been arrested after police say he stole items from a case containing Robin Ventura Baseball Memorabilia.
Deputies responded to an alarm and found a broken display case with missing items. When questioning Taylor, they found the items inside his car.
Taylor has been booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail on $20,000 bail.
