Arroyo Grande Gunshot Report is False Alarm

ARROYO GRANDE, Calif - The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff's Department had officers investigating a possible shooting in rural Arroyo Grande that turned out to be a false report.

The incident was reported to officers just before 9 a.m. on Left Lane near Lopez Drive.

When they got to the scene they did not find any gunshot victim. However, they said they found a delusional person who was talking to an imaginary friend. That person was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
