Driver Crashes Into Post

SANTA MARIA, Calif.- One person has been transported to the hospital Friday evening after crashing his car into a post.

It happened about 7:30 PM Friday off Blosser just south of Stowell.

Police say the driver, a young male adult, lost control of his car after driving too fast and slammed into a post.

Santa Maria Police and Santa Maria Fire responded to the crash and tell Central Coast News the driver is expected to be okay.
