PASO ROBLES, Calif- Police were able to arrest a burglary suspect from Templeton after people called to report him for looking into business windows.
Police went to the 800 block of 13th Street and they were able to arrest James Tichy as he was climbing through a broken window. Tichy used a piece of cardboard to cover the broken glass so he could climb inside the business, said police.
Police believe that Tichy is linked to at least two other commercial burglaries in downtown Paso Robles.
