Arroyo Grande Native Qualifies For Semi-Finals In US Olympic Trials

EUGENE, Oregon- Arroyo Grande native, Jordan Hasay has qualified for the semi-finals in the women's 1500 meter run at the US Olympics Track and Field Trials.

Hasay ran Thursday afternoon at Hayward Field. The Mission Prep graduate's time was 04:16:06, good enough to place 13 out of the 28 competitors.

Hasay tweeted Thursday, "Thanks for all the support everyone! Onto semi-finals tomorrow! Have the best fans out there at Hayward. Keep it loud tomorrow."

Hasay's journey continues Friday afternoon for the semi-finals. The finals are Sunday.
