SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif- Sunday was the 6th Annual Monart Student Art Show. It was held at the Nautical Bean in San Luis Obispo. Art is plastered all over the coffee shop's walls. It features 80 artist's aged 4 to 50, from Paso Robles to Santa Maria. If you come down to the coffee shop, you can see over 150-unique masterpieces.
Monart's Owner, Caroline Vaccaro, says this is a platform for students to be able to come and share their work with their families and the community. "In school we are taught everything needs to fit so nicely into our box, and everything has to appear the same and Monart really gives them an opportunity to come outside their box, and add all their detail and add all that creativity that they have."
The art will be up for viewing the rest of the month.
