Police Seek Public's Help In Finding Check Cashing Scam Suspect

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Santa Barbara police need the public's help in catching a woman involved in a check cashing scam up and down the state.

Police say the woman in the surveillance video photo convinced her victims to cash stolen checks against their accounts. According to police, she has committed similar crimes in the San Diego area as well.
