Police Looking to ID Owner of Dog that Bit 5-year-old

SANTA BARBARA, Calif- Police say that a 5-year-old was bitten in the face and now they are trying to identify the dog's owner.

The girl was bit on July 5 at 909 State Street. The dog is believed to be a red chow mix.
