Santa Maria Oil Spill Cleaned Up

SANTA MARIA, Calif. -An oil spill is cleaned up Friday night after crews say an underground pipe carrying light crude, leaked.

Crews were notified about the spill Thursday around 2:30pm on Telephone Road, east of Santa Maria. Response teams tell Central Coast News it was a minor spill and do not have an exact amount.

We do know that nothing was threatened.
