LOMPOC, Calif. - Lompoc Police have made an arrest in connection with a shooting on July 3rd in the area of the 500 blocks of North "L,M" and "K,L" alley ways.
Police have identified 18-year-old Ruben Ceja as the suspect. It is believed that Ceja had a verbal confrontation with the victims, produced a firearm and fired off several gun shots at the victims. The victims are not being identified at this time. It appears that this incident was gang related.
Ceja was booked for the below charges at the Santa Barbara County Jail with bail being set at $150,000.
