Panga Boat Found off Santa Barbara Coast - KCOY Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo - News

SANTA BARBARA, Calif- Around 1:45 am State Parks spotted a Panga Boat off the Santa Barbara Coast near El Capitan State Beach & Refugio State Beach.  Santa Barbara Sheriffs have arrested several people who were on the boat and C-H-P is assisting in patrolling the highways for any suspicious activity as they try to locate any additional suspects.  The Coast Guard and Boarder Patrol are on hand assisting in the investigation.
