SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif- The woman accused of assaulting two girls in Paso Robles will go to trial.
28-year-old Eliana Ramirez is accused of threatening the girls with a piece of broken lamp and talking to them about rape. After a three-day preliminary hearing this week, the judge said Friday there is enough evidence against Ramirez.
Prosecutors say she was drunk at a public gathering with children when she restrained, threatened, and assaulted two girls at a Paso Robles home. Ramirez has pleaded not guilty.
Ramirez was booked, but was later released after posting a $100,000 bond. She's scheduled to enter a plea on August 13th.
