Police Looking For Sex Offender Who Downloaded Child Porn in San Luis Obispo

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif - Police are looking for a registered sex offender who they say downloaded a "substantial amount of child pornography" on his home computer.

On July 31, officers served a search warrant at his house on 1271 Murray after they got a tip that Jason Lytle downloaded the child porn. They were able to confiscate several of his electronic devices but Lytle was not home at the time.

Police say that since the search, Lytle has not returned home and they have not been able to locate him. A warrant for his arrest has been issued. If you have any information please call the  San Luis Obispo Police Department at (805) 781-7312 or Crime Stoppers at (805) 549-7867.
