Victim Identified After Man Drops Dead Body off At Local Hospital

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif- The Coroner's Unit of San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office has identified the man found dead inside a car in downtown San Luis Obispo as 64-year-old George Thomas Ormonde.

Sheriff's say Ormonde was a transient in the area. A man by the name of David Harell found Ormonde inside his car on Thursday, August 2nd. Harell thought he was unconscious so he drove him to French Hospital and dropped him off, only to be told Ormonde was dead.

No signs of traumatic injury were found. An autopsy is planned for later this week.
