SANTA MARIA -- One suspect is still on the loose after police caught 3 people burglarizing a car.
When Santa Maria Police Officers passed by the intersection of Oakley and Morrison, they saw three suspects take off running.
A female juvenile was detained and subsequently arrested for the crime, as well as, Eli Moises Aguilar, a 19 year-old from Santa Maria. Police charged Aguilar with vehicle burglary and resisting arrest.
Police booked the girl into the Santa Maria Juvenile Hall and Aguilar into the Santa Barbara County Jail.
The third suspect got away. He is described as a Hispanic male between 16 and 18 years old.
