Five Years of Probation For Teacher Accused of Making Terrorist Threats

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.- The San Luis Obispo High School math teacher accused of making terrorist threats has pleaded no contest.

55-year-old Brian Sanford Miller was sentenced to five years of probation. This comes after he pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of making criminal threats.

As part of the judge's order, Miller must be monitored through a GPS device while spending time in San Luis Obispo County.
