ARROYO GRANDE, Calif- Officer Michael Mallory with the Santa Maria area California Highway Patrol was arrested Wednesday morning.
He was picked up around 6:30 a.m. by the Arroyo Grande Police after he hit two parked cars on Fair View Drive, said police. They thought that he had too much to drink. After they did a field sobriety test they learned that he was not under the influence of alcohol. However, officers did suspect that Mallory was under the influence of drugs so they took a blood test to conform their suspicions.
Mallory was arrested for DUI and booked in the county jail.
