Man Accused of Scamming Guardian Fence Customers Arrested

VENTURA & SANTA BARBARA COUNTIES, Calif. - Theodore Diamond of Thousand Oaks has been arrested for scamming Guardian Fence customers.

Diamond would steal clients money without doing any work after allegedly telling them he was the owner of Guardian Fence, said police. Detectives told police the true owners of the company occasionally contracted Diamond.

Diamond convinced the clients to subscribe to a marketing service, which is how Diamond got his victims' information. He is being held at Ventura County Jail on $100,000 bail.
