Paul Ryan has officially accepted the Republican nomination for Vice President of the United States.
"I accept the duty to help lead our nation out of a jobs crisis and back to prosperity and I know we can do this," says Paul Ryan, Republican Vice Presidential Nominee.
The 42-year old congressman says Republicans are offering bolder solutions to America's problems than the Obama Administration. Ryan argued that he and Mitt Romney have a plan for a stronger middle class. Romney and Ryan have less than ten weeks to convince any undecided voters.
While Ryan accepted the nomination, President Obama campaigned in Virginia saying, "but the point is, Virginia your vote matters. Your voice made a difference. Change was possible because you made it possible. So, you can't get tired now. Because we've got more work to do."
The president addressed about 7,500 people in a Pavilion near the University of Virginia.
