Former 21st Century President Pleads Guilty

SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, Calif. - The former president of 21st Century Financial has pleaded guilty.

Linda Kennedy pleaded guilty to running a ponzi scheme out of her Paso-Robles based business.

That's where she accessed her clients' accounts.

She then lied to clients about the investments that were being made.
