SANTA MARIA, Calif. - If you get the chance, make sure you get a look at the Blue Moon tonight. Astronomers say there won't be another one in the sky until 2015.
A blue moon is the rare occurrence of two full moons occurring in the same calendar month. But don't let the title fool you - it does not actually change color.
The last blue moon we had was New Years Eve in 2009. Central Coast News Chief Meteorologist Norm Hoffman says the skies should be clear tonight for moon gazing.
