Firefighters Investigate Structure Fire

GUADALUPE, Calif.- A family is without a home after their garage caught on fire. It happened Saturday afternoon just before 3:00pm in the 400 block of Pioneer Street in Guadalupe.

The flames from the garage spread to the kitchen and living room, but fire crews were able to get it under control within minutes. The Guadalupe Fire Department says the fire does not appear to be suspicious. No injuries were reported.

Total damages are estimated to the structure at $75,000 and $20,000 to the contents.
