LAGUNA HILLS, Calif.- A Santa Barbara woman was stabbed to death Saturday and now her boyfriend is behind bars.
Orange County Sheriff's Deputies say it happened in the 22000 block of Caminito Tasquillo in Laguna Hills at about 11:15 in the morning. When authorities arrived on scene they say they found the homeowner doing CPR on the victim. The victim has been identified as 24-year-old Alexandra Tang of Santa Barbara. According to Tang's Facebook page, she went to UCSB.
Sheriff's Deputies are calling, 25-year-old Derek Pinski the suspect. He is the boyfriend of Tang. Pinski lives in Laguna Hills, but was arrested in Mesa, Arizona on suspicion of murdering Tang.
As of Monday evening, Pinski is still in Arizona while investigators interview him and collect evidence> Orange County Sheriff's Deputies say he will be extradited back to Orange County where he will eventually be charged.
