Arroyo Grande Downgraded by S&P

ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. - Standard & Poors has downgraded the city of Arroyo Grande to Triple-B status.

It was moved to Triple-B from A-minus status.

The status is based on the downtown project in the city that covers more than 500 acres of commercial development.
