Charges Dropped Against Santa Barbara County Animal Hoarder

SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, Calif. - The charges against a Santa Barbara County woman accused of hoarding animals have been dropped.

Animal services confiscated 445 animals from Sandy Coupal's Santa Barbara County Ranch in December 2011.

Since then, the Animal Services Department has been working to find new homes for all the animals including an alpaca, two dogs and over 100 roosters.
