New Charges For Man Accused Of Running Over Girlfriend

SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- The man accused of running over and killing his 20-year-old girlfriend Antoinette Raygoza faces new charges in court.

Jack Misiaszek faces charges of possession of narcotics paraphernalia, when he was arrested at a Santa Maria motel after failing to appear in court back in August.

Misiaszek already faces charges of vehicular manslaughter.

Family and friends of Raygoza sported white sweatshirts bearing her image while waiting in court.

The case was continued to September 26th because the defense is working on presenting a plea deal in the case, said Deputy District Attorney Brandon Jebens.
