The City of Santa Maria has prepared a Draft Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2011-12 as required by the Rules and Regulations for the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Programs. Copies of this report are available for public review and examination at the Special Projects Division Office, 110 East Cook Street, Room 2, the City Clerk's Office, 110 East Cook Street, Room 3, and the City Library, 421 South McClelland. Interested persons may obtain their own copy of the document at the Special Projects Division office or at http://www.ci.santa-maria.ca.us/40409.shtml.
The City is now soliciting comments from the public with regard to this report. The 15-day public review comment period is from September 1, 2012 to September 15, 2012. Any comments concerning this report should be directed within this time period to the following:

The Block Grants Advisory Committee will conduct a public hearing to discuss and receive comments from the public on the CAPER at their next regular meeting to be held on Monday, September 10, 2012, at 5:30 p.m. at Shepard Hall in the Santa Maria Public Library, 421 S. McClelland Street, Santa Maria, CA.
