Posted: Updated:

ARROYO GRANDE, Calif.-  Blood tests show that California Highway Patrol Officer Michael Mallory was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when he crashed into two parked cars in Arroyo Grande last month.

When police arrived at the scene, they said Mallory appeared to be impaired and arrested him. On Thursday in court, his attorney entered a not guilty plea to the charges.

Mallory is scheduled back in court on October 4th.
