Atascadero City Council Discussing "Save Atascadero" Lawsuit

ATASCADERO, Calif. - The Atascadero City Council is discussing a lawsuit filed against the city over the recent Walmart addition to the city behind closed doors.

The "Save Atascadero" lawsuit filed last month says the new Walmart will negatively impact the local economy.

The city of Atascadero says it will help the local economy by creating new jobs.

The city will announce its decision at Tuesday night's meeting.
