Bill's Take Out Becomes Santa Maria "Object of Historical Merit"

Bill's Take Out has been officially dubbed "An Object of Historical Merit" by the Landmark Advisory Committee of Santa Maria.

The classic restaurant was built in 1953 and remains relatively unchanged in terms of its menu and architecture. Items have been added to the menu over the years but the original "Billy Burger" is still the popular choice with customers. The Barragon family has owned and operated Bill's for over 30 of the 59 years that the restaurant has been around.
