Police Arrest Man They Say Molested and Took Nude Photos of Child

SANTA MARIA, Calif.- Santa Maria Police have arrested a man they say molested a child under the age of 14 over an extended period of time.

The suspect is 30-year-old Longinos Reyes Ruiz. Police say Ruiz not only molested the victim, but took nude photographs of the victim. According to police, the victim was known to the suspect; however, due to confidentiality reasons, police cannot release the nature of the relationship.

The suspect has been booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail with bail at $250,000.
