SANTA MARIA, Calif. - The alleged shooter in the labor day homicide at a park in Orcutt, Brian Keith Reid was in court Tuesday and entered a plea before a judge.
Reid, who's being charged with murder of his 73 year old father, William and attempted murder of his wife, plead not guilty. He also denied special circumstances involving use of a weapon.
Reid is due back in court on Oct. 29th. He remains held without bail.
